CSBS Group is a registered NDIS provider delivering high-quality, person-centred supports across the Sunshine Coast. Due to continued growth, we are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to join our clinical team.
We have full-time, part-time and casual opportunities available, with flexibility to suit individual availability and skill sets.

The Role
Depending on your experience and preferences, duties may include:
- Community nursing (wound care, catheter care, PEG/PEJ balloon checks, vital signs monitoring)
- Clinical oversight and on-shift nursing support
- Supporting participants with complex health needs including epilepsy/seizures, PEG/PEJ management, tracheostomy care, suctioning, asthma management, bowel therapy and more
- Training,
mentoring and clinical guidance for support teams
- Participation in care planning and clinical reviews

About You
- Current AHPRA registration as an RN or EN
- Experience or interest in community and/or disability nursing
- Robust clinical skills with a person-centred approach
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to quality, safety and participant outcomes
