Port HQ Pty Ltd, trading as Domino’s Pizza is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy Pyrmont store.
This is a permanent full-time position offering a market-competitive salary and long-term career opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage and oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
-Lead, supervise, train and develop team members.
-Prepare staff rosters and manage workforce scheduling and labour costs.
-Monitor inventory levels, stock ordering, stock rotation and wastage.
-Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.
-Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
-Monitor sales, operational performance and store KPIs.
-Assist with budgeting, cost control and achievement of business targets.
-Maintain store presentation and Domino’s operational standards.
-Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling and daily reporting.
Requirements
-Previous management experience in fast food, hospitality, retail or a similar environment.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Experience with staff rostering, inventory management and cost control.
-Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
-Knowledge of food safety and workplace safety requirements.
-Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.
