Job Scope:

- handle all deliveries, receives, checks and examines the inventory of stock arriving
- keep track of inventory to ensure a steady supply of products to lounges

Job Responsibilities:

- Goods inwards duties including unloading of materials, checking product, receipting of goods into the computer system, sorting goods in their allocated areas, allocating and storing product to jobs
- Cross reference incoming goods against invoices to ensure no discrepancies
- Ensure safe handling, storage and distribution of goods
- Transferring and storing items correctly, identifying hazardous, temperature sensitive and urgent deliveries
- Operate machines and handling equipment to lift, place and move goods
- Resolve stakeholder enquires relating to supply and escalate more complex issues as appropriate
- Ensure stock is rotated according to expiry dates and out of date stock is removed from point of use
- Count and record the number of items in store during stocktake
- Advise supervisor on stock and re-ordering levels
- Help keep the work area neat and tidy
- Update inventory records.

Job Requirements:





- Prior experience working in a supply environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Operate office equipment and technology (i.e., computers, phones, fax, copier) and data entry skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, ability to comprehend and follow direction, valuable time management skills and being a team player
- Strong organisational skills – detail oriented, ability to prioritise and be proactive
- Knowledge of safe working practices
- Working Start Time: 6.30am
