JOB DESCRIPTION:

KPR Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Shop Fabricator / Trade‑Qualified Boilermaker for ongoing workshop-based work in Wollongong, NSW.

We have multiple fabrication jobs ready to commence, and we are looking for a highly skilled tradesperson who can work independently and deliver accurate, high-quality work in a workshop environment.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

- Applicants must currently be in Australia
- Valid Australian working rights are required
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this role

WHAT'S ON OFFER?

DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:

- Steel fabrication and assembly in a workshop
- Reading and interpreting complex fabrication drawings
- Layout, marking, and precise assembly work
- Working independently to complete projects
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Following WHS and workshop safety requirements

REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY):

- Trade‑qualified Boilermaker or Fabricator




- Strong experience in shop/workshop fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret all types of fabrication drawings
- Proven experience with layouts and accurate assembly
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable, punctual, and work-ready
- Valid Australian working rights
