ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Butterleaf kitchen / team member, you will have:
- experience in industrial or restaurant kitchens
- proficiency with knives and food preparation techniques
- genuine passion for food and kitchen operations
- ability to lead, inspire,
and support a high-performing team in a fast-paced setting
We are looking for a quick learner who’s comfortable in a fast-paced environment and has great attention to detail as well as a team player with a big heart and a “let’s make it happen attitude.
Your tasks
You will:
- oversee ingredient preparation and organization in the kitchen
- operate and manage advanced food processing equipment
- monitor inventory levels and perform routine stock checks
- uphold strict standards for product quality, food safety, and sanitation daily
