Boilermaker / Leading Hand

Location: Wetherill Park, NSW

360 Personnel are currently seeking an experienced Boilermaker / Leading Hand to join our team in Wetherill Park. This is a hands‑on role suited to a reliable tradesperson who can lead by example and support the fabrication team.

Key Responsibilities

- Mild steel and stainless‑steel fabrication
- Hands‑on Boilermaker work including MIG & TIG welding
- Interpret and work from shop drawings (essential)
- Assist, guide, and support team members with fabrication tasks
- Operate overhead crane and forklift safely
- Maintain a safe, productive, and team‑focused work environment

Requirements

- Trade‑qualified Boilermaker
- Current MIG/TIG welding tickets
- Strong ability to read and understand shop drawings
- Overhead Crane ticket (required)
- Forklift licence (required)




- Proven experience leading or mentoring team members
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
