Carpet Call QLD is looking for experienced full-time sales representatives to join our growing team in the BRISBANE areas(MACGREGOR, INDOOROOPILLY, JINDALEE, FORTITUDE VALLEY, ASPLEY). As a sales representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales from our comprehensive range of high-quality flooring products.
What you'll be doing
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored flooring solutions
- Showcase our product range and present the features and benefits to customers
- Prepare and present pricing to customers, process orders, and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Attend home visits and measure up properties to provide a solution to the customers requirements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range, industry trends, and competitor offerings
- Contribute to the overall sales and revenue targets of the business
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the flooring or home improvement industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer queries and objections
- A driven and target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Willingness to travel within the MacGregor area
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
