What We're Looking For:

- Must be available for shifts Monday to Friday between 5am to 3pm
- Back of house support for our Chef and Kitchenhand.
- An experienced Café All Rounder with a minimum of 3 years experience, latte art will be an advantage.




- Experience in operating coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines and grinders.
- A Café all-rounder, with a passion for great customer service.
- Experience in fast food and sandwich artistry (minimum 3 years).
- Experience in the use of POS, EFTPOS and cash handling.
- A friendly, approachable team player who loves making customers smile.
- Reliability and efficiency—you're the person who keeps everything running smoothly!
- Valid driver’s license.
- You must have the right to live and work in Australia and live within a 30min drive of Cranbourne West, 3977.

Your Role:

- Collaborate with our back of house colleagues to assist in food preparation, dishwashing, and other tasks during peak periods or as required.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, drinks, and food.
- Deliver exceptional service that keeps customers coming back.
- Help with general café tasks, ensuring cleanliness and stock management.
- Work across all café sections as required.
