We are seeking a Sous Chef to work at our busy restaurant serving up-to-date Italian and casual cuisine in the Crown Casino Entertainment Complex at Southbank. We have exciting opportunities for an experienced Sous Chef to join our busy team.
This is a full time salary based position, reporting directly to the Head Chef.
Experience will include: extensive food and product knowledge, provision of consistent quality and presentation in a fast paced high volume environment, ability to work under pressure, working within a team and minimum 3 years experience.
Experience with Italian cuisine would be an advantage but not essential. Work is five shifts over a 7 day rotating roster which may be lunch and/or dinner service including on weekends and public holidays. Attributes will include: a passion for food and customer focused.
Excellent salary package is available for the right candidate.
