We're looking for an enthusiastic Gaming Attendant to join our team. If you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in a fast paced environment and pride yourself on delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As a Gaming Attendant, you'll play an key role in delivering exceptional service across our bar and gaming operations. You'll be part of a supportive team, creating memorable guest experiences while maintaining high service standards in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in our bar and gaming areas
- Prepare and serve beverages efficiently and responsibly
- Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the gaming lounge and bar
- Build positive relationships with guests and provide a welcoming experience
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver exceptional service
About You
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a bar and gaming environment
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
- Current NSW RSA and RCG Competency Cards (essential)
