Full time position - New England Multi-Site IEA Servicing
Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) is the new program replacing Disability Employment Services (DES) and introduces a more inclusive future where people with a disability as well as those with injury or health condition can get support to prepare for, find and maintain meaningful work, and grow their career. This role will be based at our Armidale office.
About the Role.
- Provide support across VERTOs' New England sites
- Support participants into sustainable meaningful employment
- Promote participants to employers and meet job placement targets
- Build employer and community networks
- Deliver tailored, person-centred, strength-based support
- Assist with resumes, applications, and interview preparations
- Maintain accurate records and program compliance.
- An allocated site car is provided for the role
About You.
- Current driver’s licence and ability to travel throughout the New England region
- Strong customer service, administration and communication skills
- Target-driven and adaptable
- Self-motivated and can work autonomously
- Team player with good time management and organisational skills
- Certificate 3 in Community Services (or willing to obtain)
