Now Hiring: Experienced Tandoori Chef

We are looking for a skilled and passionate TandooriChef to join our busy restaurant team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook authentic tandoori dishes, including breads, kebabs, and curries.
- Marinate meats and prepare ingredients accordingto recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain the tandoor oven safely and efficiently.
- Ensure food is prepared consistently and presented to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic work area.
- Follow all food safety and workplace health regulations.
- Assist with stock control and kitchen preparation as required.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Tandoori Chef.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and traditionaltandoor cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
- Versatile availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: From $26.44 per hour
