We’re Five Guys – a no-nonsense burger and fries joint, born in Virginia in 1986 and now making waves in Australia. Our focus is on fresh, made-to-order food using quality ingredients (never frozen) – hand-crafted burgers, golden fries cooked in peanut oil, and zero shortcuts.

The Opportunity:

- Supporting the Restaurant Manager with all restaurant operations including labour, COGS, food safety
- Managing and training of crew to ensure your team are performing their role at the expected level
- Be present and hands-on in all areas of the restaurant alongside your team (run the service, serve and interact with our guests)
- Motivate and encourage your team whilst creating a positive working environment and culture

About YOU:

We’re looking for people who bring energy, leadership, and a love for quality food. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in the role:

- Minimum of 2+ years experience in hospitality or restaurant management – you’ve led teams and managed restaurant operations before and know how
- A passion for our values – delivering the perfect burgers and chips, every single time
- The drive to grow – you're ambitious, motivated, and ready to take your leadership to the next level

Pay: $73,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
