What your day could look like

As a Clinical Facilitator, you'll help build a skilled, confident workforce that delivers exceptional care for older people. Working closely with nursing teams, you'll support learning, strengthen clinical practice and contribute to positive outcomes for residents and their families.

Every day, you'll contribute by:
Coaching and developing nurses and care staff to build capability and confidence.
Supporting safe, evidence-based care through clinical guidance and mentorship.
Leading quality improvement activities that enhance care, safety and service outcomes.
Fostering a positive learning culture that encourages growth, collaboration and excellence.

You're a passionate clinician who enjoys helping others learn, grow and succeed. You bring compassion, integrity and sound clinical judgement, and you take pride in creating environments where people feel supported to deliver their best. You're motivated by improving care, developing others and making a meaningful difference in the lives of older people.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse.
Strong clinical experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting.
Ability to coach, assess and develop nursing and care staff.
Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork skills.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications in aged care and/or experience in staff education, quality improvement or clinical leadership.

Above all, you'll bring Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage, helping build stronger teams and better care outcomes.
