TerryWhite Chemmart Fairfield is seeking a customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our new and growing team, working 2 - 3 days per week, with the possibility of additional hours in the future.
This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a retail environment, and has a passion for health and wellbeing. Prior retail experience is preferred but not essential — full support and training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, counselling, and purchases
- Build solid customer relationships through friendly, professional interactions
- Organise and maintain the pharmacy in line with policies and procedures
- Assist with retail operations and stock management
- General merchandising in line with planograms and promotional activities
- Point-of-Sale (POS) services and transactions
