Key Requirements

- Mandatory hands‑on development experience in at least one backend language: Java or .NET.
- Solid hands‑on experience with SQL Server, including data modelling, stored procedures, complex SQL queries, and performance tuning.
- Ability to work across the full technology stack, including ReactJS, AngularJS, Java, .NET, Node.js, relational databases, and Kafka topics/listeners.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful API design, and event‑driven systems.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical designs, decisions, and trade‑offs to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Keen interest in continuous learning, with the ability to stay current with evolving technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

- Own and deliver low‑level design (LLD) / detailed technical design (DTD) at component level, covering APIs, UI components, databases,



and messaging integrations.
- Translate business and high‑level requirements into clear, implementable component‑level designs.
- Design and integrate solutions across UI, backend services, SQL Server databases, and Kafka‑based mess aging.
- Provide hands‑on technical leadership, guiding development teams through design and implementation.
- Participate in design and code reviews, ensuring adherence to architectural, coding, and performance standards.
- Work with project managers and stakeholders on technical estimation, planning, and delivery.
- Ensure solutions comply with security, risk, and compliance standards.
