The Boot Factory Cafe is located within the Pentridge Estate Coburg and is currently looking for a Head Barista - with leadership experience, barista and bar skills to fill the upcoming Full time position.

Although predominantly day shift, the ability to support an evening dinner service and/or functions would be advantageous.

We are seeking expressions of interest from an individual who have had considerable experience in a fast pace and large cafe of approx. 140+ PAX (particularly weekends).

The ability to look at ongoing improvements to the operations and contribute to the development of the overall beverage offering.

You’ll be perfect for the role if you have:

- A passion for specialty coffee and hospitality with a valid RSA
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working with specialty coffee
- Barista skills across a range of beverages
- FOH/All Rounder skills and knowledge-alcoholic/non alcoholic
- Bar work skills advantageous




- 3 plate carry and POS knowledge advantageous
- A strong work ethic with a customer focused and positive attitude
- Experience in a busy environment, particularly on weekends
- Excellent communication skills, well groomed and professional work ethic
