Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of local experience in civil engineering within the construction sector.
- Proficiency in budgeting and cost tracking.
- Robust technical expertise with a solid understanding of design resolution and on-site problem-solving.
- Advanced computer literacy with proficiency in relevant software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prefer a chartered engineer who meet NSW Design and Building Practitioner requirements.
- Prefer to have the ability to use Civil design software such as Civil 3D, MUSIC, DRAINS, 12D and AutoCAD

Key Responsibilities:

- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key project stakeholders.
- Attending client meetings as required.
- Introducing and implementing innovative initiatives.
- Ensuring accurate interpretation of project design drawings and specifications with the management team.
- Overseeing and verifying subcontractors’ scope of work.
