Oasis is looking for confident, experienced and energetic Bartenders to join our onboard hospitality team.

Operating on the Brisbane River, Oasis is one of the city’s most unique entertainment venues, delivering everything from packed Friday Night, Saturdays and Sunday cruises to major celebrations, international headliners, private events and corporate functions — all across three levels with some of the best views in Brisbane.

We’re looking for bartenders who know how to deliver more than just a drink. You’ll bring personality to the bar, connect with guests and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where great service and great energy go hand in hand.

The Role

As an Oasis Bartender, you’ll be responsible for:

- Preparing and serving a range of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Delivering fast, friendly and engaging service in a high-volume setting.
- Confidently making cocktails to a consistent standard.
- Engaging with guests, making recommendations and creating a memorable experience.
- Maintaining clean, organised and well-presented bar areas.
- Processing orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Restocking and preparing the bar for busy service periods.
- Following all responsible service of alcohol, liquor licensing and venue requirements.
- Working closely with bartenders, barbacks and the wider team to keep service running smoothly.

About You





We’re looking for bartenders who are:

- Confident, personable and genuinely enjoy working with people.
- Experienced in a fast-paced bar, nightclub, events or hospitality environment.
- Skilled in cocktail preparation and comfortable working under pressure.
- Fast, efficient and able to maintain high service standards when things get busy.
- Proactive and willing to get stuck in — teamwork is essential at Oasis.
- Reliable, professional and bring a positive attitude to every shift.
- Available to work weekends, evenings and public holidays.

You’ll need:

- A current RSA.
- Valid Australian working rights.
- A minimum of one year of bartending experience.
- Proven cocktail-making experience.

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to demonstrate basic cocktail-making skills as part of the interview process.
