About the Role

This is a key position within our Glazing Team, reporting directly to the General Manager and Company Director.

You will apply your glazing knowledge and practical experience across a diverse range of projects throughout Sydney CBD and the Greater Sydney region.



The work may include commercial glazing, glass replacement, remedial glazing, structural silicone applications and architectural façade projects.

The role will suit an experienced glazier who is confident working independently but also enjoys being part of a reliable and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, replace and repair glass in commercial and residential settings
- Complete commercial, structural and architectural glazing works
- Measure, cut and prepare glass accurately
- Install glass panels, windows, doors, frames and associated glazing systems
- Apply glazing sealants and complete finishing work to a high standard
- Operate overhead cranes and lifting equipment to safely position large glass panels
- Use glazing machinery, tools and equipment safely and accurately
- Read and interpret drawings, job plans, specifications and site measurements
- Identify site issues and communicate them promptly to management
- Pick up and deliver glass, materials and equipment between suppliers, the warehouse and project sites
- Maintain company tools, equipment and work vehicles




- Liaise professionally with clients, builders, project managers and other trades
- Complete site inductions and comply with all workplace health and safety requirements
- Assist with general workshop, warehouse and site duties when required
- Complete job documentation and provide clear updates on work progress

What You Will Need

- Certificate III in Glass and Glazing
- Demonstrated experience in commercial, structural or architectural glazing
- Strong practical knowledge of glazing installation methods and materials
- White Card
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Ability to read plans, take accurate measurements and work from specifications
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliability, punctuality and a professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work reasonable overtime or occasional weekends when project requirements demand it

The following qualifications will be highly regarded:

- EWP ticket
- Working at Heights certification
- High-Risk Work Licence
- First Aid and CPR
- Experience with façade, curtain wall or remedial glazing systems
