Grow an established commercial kitchen equipment brand across Queensland.

We are seeking an energetic and commercially minded Channel & Business Development Manager to represent our commercial kitchen equipment business across Queensland.

This role will manage and grow existing distributor and dealer relationships while developing new customers, project opportunities and B2B accounts across hospitality, foodservice and commercial kitchens.

Key responsibilities

- Build strong relationships with existing Queensland channel partners.
- Support quotations, product selection, training and project follow-up.
- Develop new distributors, consultants, restaurant groups and commercial customers.
- Monitor local market activity, competitor pricing and sales opportunities.
- Manage pipeline, forecasts and account plans.

About you

- Proven B2B sales, account management or business development experience.




- Experience in commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, hospitality supply, appliances, building products or technical distribution is highly regarded.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working independently across Queensland.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
