The Deep Fry & Cook position is responsible for preparing, frying, cooking, and plating menu items to Momo Chicken standards. This role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong focus on food safety and cleanliness.

Kitchen Operations

- Cook and deep-fry chicken to correct doneness, crispness, and portion standards
- Prepare sauces, sides, and menu items according to recipes
- Plate dishes neatly and consistently following Momo Chicken presentation guidelines
- Monitor cook times and maintain efficient workflow during busy periods

Requirements

- Must follow all food safety and WHS guidelines
- Hospitality or kitchen experience preferred (but not required — training provided)
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in hot kitchen environment
- Availability on weekends and nights
