We deliver high-quality custom fabrications for a range of industries and pride ourselves on precision, craftsmanship, and reliability. We are not a public supplier but focus on quality bespoke work, including CNC water jet and router capabilities.

The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Stainless Steel & Aluminium Fabricator to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful applicant will be proficient in producing fabrications to an exceptional standard, working with a wide variety of products and materials in a semi-supervised team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel and aluminium
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
- Fabricate and assemble a diverse range of stainless steel and aluminium products
- Operate standard workshop machinery including metal rolling machines, pipe/tube benders, metal shears, press brake folders, drill presses, and angle grinders
- Problem-solve during fabrication to ensure fit, finish, and functionality
- Work collaboratively as part of a small, skilled team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment

Essential Requirements

- Proven high-level proficiency in TIG and MIG welding of stainless steel and aluminium (to a very high standard – cosmetic and structural welds)
- Solid experience in stainless steel and aluminium fabrication
- Excellent drawing interpretation and measurement skills
- Competency operating workshop machinery for stainless steel and aluminium (e.g., rollers, benders, shears, folders, drills,



grinders)
- Ability to problem-solve independently while fabricating complex or varied products
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a semi-supervised team setting
- Willing and able to attend our workshop for a pre-employment TIG welding test on stainless steel (practical test + interview on the same day)
- Prepared to undertake a pre-employment medical examination if required

Highly Desirable

- Relevant trade qualifications (e.g., Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication, Boilermaking, or equivalent)
- Experience with polishing/finishing stainless steel to high standards
- White Card and/or current driver's licence
