Are you a dynamic and experienced professional ready to lead and inspire in the hospitality industry? Agriconnex are seeking a Venue Manager to oversee the daily operations and ensure the success of a busy cafe in Mildura.
Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Train, schedule, supervise and support staff members
- Customer Service: Interact with guests and ensure a positive experience
- Venue Maintenance: Ensure the venue is clean, secure, and well-maintained
- Compliance: Ensure the venue adheres to all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Inventory Management: Manage stock levels of supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in venue management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Solid understanding of hospitality and customer service principles
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- This is a full time role, including one weekend day each week.
A competitive salary of $70,000 - $75,000 is on offer for the right candidate.
