Anytime Fitness is a global 24-hour health and fitness franchise now hiring proactive and passionate Membership Consultants for our Gold Coast Club, due to exciting upcoming business growth.
As a Membership Consultant you will be a crucial member of the team, engaging and attracting new members to the club and liaising with current members. Regardless of your position with us, you will enjoy working in a health club environment, have a friendly, outgoing personality and genuinely care about changing people's lives!
We are looking for:
- A dynamic, outgoing personality
- Passionate about health and fitness and maintaining high standards of club cleanliness and safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- While sales experience is a plus, it's not essential — we hire for great attitude, and we are so happy to provide extensive training to those who have it!
- Current (or willing to obtain)
First Aid and CPR Certificate, Blue Card
Key tasks:
- Drive the growth of the club's membership base through a proactive sales approach and community outreach
- Promote a positive, inclusive club culture that aligns with the Anytime Fitness brand
- Ensure the club meets its financial objectives and maintains operational efficiency
- Plan and implement marketing strategies to continuously attract new members
