A strong customer service focus, a keen desire to learn and an ability to actively contribute to a team is essential for success in this role. As a Biscit Consultant,



you will participate in consulting engagements and assume responsibility for performing implementation tasks and producing quality deliverables.

As a member of our team, your tasks will include:

- Building relationships with Clients
- Listening to clients and translating their business needs to functional solutions
- Providing advice on industry ‘best practice’ while taking into account a Client’s specific requirements
- Preparing quality, comprehensive Design Documentation for proposed solutions
- Implementing & delivering systems based on above
- Quality analysis on solutions
- Troubleshooting systems for/ with Clients
- Provide formal and informal training for Clients
- Work effectively in a team to achieve common goals
- Actively participate in daily and adhoc team meetings
- Engage in continuous education at a technical and industry level

Highly desired competencies for this role include:

- Track record of leadership and mentoring
- Passion for understanding processes and creating solutions
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Methodical, organised and process driven
- Ability to manage many competing priorities
- Effectively communicate (oral and written) with various stakeholders
- Solid understanding of financial concepts, Tertiary qualification an advantage
- 10+ years consulting experience in the ERP
- Ideally experience with or knowledge of Epicor ERP, or other equivalent ERP
