The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Casual Console Operator to join our team on a rotating shift roster, including overnight and weekend work. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys delivering exceptional customer service while working independently.

As a Console Operator, you will:

Deliver outstanding, customer-first service

Operate the console and manage cash handling accurately

Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising

Manage stock and replenish as required

Adhere to strict safety standards and manual handling procedures

Maintain cleanliness and presentation across the store

This role requires occasional after-hours support and a solid commitment to operational excellence.

You’ll ideally bring:

Experience in customer service, hospitality or retail

A strong safety focus and attention to detail

Confidence working both autonomously and within a small team

Excellent communication skills

A positive attitude and willingness to learn
