About the Role:

We are looking to identify an experienced Site Manager to deliver projects in the Commercial Fit-Out and Refurbishment sector across Brisbane & Gold Coast.

You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, to the highest quality standards, and in accordance with client expectations.

Requirements:

- Proven experience working on similar projects as a Site Manager (5+ years experience)
- Manage all on-site construction activities, subcontractors, and site personnel
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards
- Coordinate effectively with Project Managers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Drive a strong safety culture and maintain compliance with company and legislative requirements
- Monitor site progress, resolve on-site issues, and proactively manage project risks




- Background with a reputable commercial builder delivering fit-out and refurbishment projects
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building services, and site coordination
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ideally hold a QBCC site supervisor licence
