Job Opportunity: Warehouse Assistant / Online Order Processing

Familiarity with electronic products and computer accessories is essential!

Main Job Tasks:

- Packing and preparing online orders for shipment efficiently and accurately
- Website maintenance, including listing new products on social media accounts

Job Responsibilities:

- Pick and pack orders: Efficiently packing and preparing online orders for shipment, you’ll check that the product and quantity match the order and that items are free from defects or damage before packing.
- Restock shelves: After completing each pack, promptly and accurately replenish stock on the picking shelves and report any low inventory levels to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a tidy workspace: Keep packing benches and warehouse aisles clean and organised.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Punctuality and reliability in meeting shift requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with online selling platforms such as eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram and Shopify (Not essential, trainings will be provided)




- Previous experience in warehouse picking and packing is a plus
- Valuable computer skills and knowledge of office software (Photoshop skills are a plus)
