We are looking for a Braze Tech Lead to drive the end-to-end implementation and scaling of a Customer Engagement Platform (CEP). This role will be responsible for solution architecture, integrations, and technical governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end solution architecture across platform, data, and integration layers
- Lead API and data integration strategy
- Establish platform governance and best practices
- Guide campaign and personalisation enablement
- Ability to handle configuration & customizations as necessary
- Lead migration from legacy platforms
- Mentor engineering teams
Key Skills
- Solid experience with Braze or similar platforms
- Hands-on implementation experience in Braze project(s), Braze Certified
