Territory Hands is a passionate, close-knit team of hand therapy professionals based in the top end – NT. We are looking for a senior therapist; someone with at least 3 years of hand therapy experience who’s ready to take the next step into leadership while continuing to do the clinical work they love.

About the Role:

As our new Leading Hand Therapist, you’ll play a key role in both clinical and team leadership. You’ll:

- Triage referrals and manage therapist bookings

- Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to our team of five

- Support onboarding and training of new team members

- Collaborate with our directors as part of the leadership team

- Maintain your own caseload and continue growing your clinical expertise

- We’ve built strong systems, solid admin support, and a culture that values collaboration, care, and connection. Your voice will matter here.
