Aesthetics by Ella is a boutique cosmetic and skin clinic located in Bardon, Brisbane, specialising in evidence-based skin treatments, cosmetic injectables and beauty therapy.

As our clinic continues to grow, we're looking for a passionate Beauty Therapist or Dermal Therapist to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional client care, premium treatments and a supportive environment focused on ongoing education and professional development.

About the Role

This is a casual contractor position, initially offering 1–2 shifts per week, with opportunities to increase as the clinic continues to grow.

You'll work alongside our Cosmetic Nurse, providing high-quality beauty and skin treatments while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Brow waxing, shaping, tinting and laminations
- Lash lifts and tinting
- Lash extensions (highly regarded)
- Facial waxing
- Spray tanning (desirable but not essential)
- Professional facials
- LED light therapy
- Skin consultations
- Retailing professional skincare
- Maintaining exceptional clinic presentation and infection control standards

Experience or an interest in the following is highly regarded:

- Skin needling
- Dermaplaning
- Chemical peels
- Advanced skin consultations





Training and mentoring in Synergie Skin treatment protocols can be provided for the right candidate.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Qualified Beauty Therapist or Dermal Therapist
- Passionate about skin health and client care
- Friendly, professional and reliable
- Well presented with excellent communication skills
- Confident working independently
- Motivated to continue learning and developing professionally

Highly Regarded

- Dermal Therapy qualification (or currently completing)
- Experience with Synergie Skin
- Skin needling
- Dermaplaning
- Chemical peels
- Lash extensions
