What you will do
- Manage phone and web enquiries from new and existing customers.
- Convert enquiries into bookings through strong service and sales skills.
- Build positive customer relationships and deliver a high standard of service.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth customer outcomes.
What you will bring
- Experience in sales, customer service,
contact centre or a similar role.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and time management.
- Intermediate Word and Excel skills.
- A team-first approach and confidence working independently.
