Who will you be working with?
You’ll be joining a respected insurance claims team focused on delivering high-quality outcomes for customers during some of their most challenging moments. The team combines technical expertise, strong customer focus, and a commitment to continuously improving the claims experience.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who has built their career in construction, restoration, estimating, or assessment and is looking to transition further into a qualified insurance environment. What will you be doing?
- Assess moderate severity property claims from end-to-end
- Complete accurate scopes of work and technical assessments
- Review building damage and determine appropriate repair solutions
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation
- Communicate directly with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Support uplift capacity during major claim events when required
What do you need?
- Background in building, construction, restoration, estimating, or assessing
- Experience creating scopes and assessing property damage
- Strong understanding of residential building processes and repairs
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers and stakeholders
- Strong written skills with experience preparing reports
- Interest in developing a long-term career within insurance claims
