About the Role

As a Product Genius, you will support the sales team by delivering engaging vehicle demonstrations and ensuring customers feel confident and excited about their new Zeekr. This is not a sales role—your focus is on product knowledge and experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging vehicle presentations and test drives

- Explain features, technology, and safety systems in a simple, customer-friendly way

- Conduct handovers and assist with vehicle setup and connectivity

- Maintain showroom presentation and vehicle display standards

- Stay up to date with Zeekr products and innovations





- Support the sales team with product-related enquiries

About You

- Passion for technology, vehicles, and customer experience

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Friendly, confident, and skilled approach

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail

- Previous automotive, retail, or hospitality experience advantageous

- Full driver’s licence
