What you'll be doing

Our Cleansing Team Leaders oversee our outdoor cleaning operation across the Sydney CBD, keeping the beautiful parks and open spaces clean and pristine for everyone to enjoy.

This role is ideal for a someone who is looking for a role that's not physically demanding and has experience with supervising others and takes pride in a job well done.

- Lead and motivate a small team of outdoor cleaners
- Coordinating team activities including cleansing of parks, jutes, BBQs, bubblers and removal of graffiti, rubbish and leaf litter
- Monitor and check work meets client expectations
- Ensure a protected working environment





What you'll bring

- Previous outdoor cleaning or supervisory experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to organise and motivate a team
- Willingness to actively participate in cleaning activities when required
- Driver's license is essential
- Reliable, punctual and hard-working
