With multiple Retail locations, National Expo footprint and fast growing Online presence, we're looking to add to our Rockhampton Kiosk team. Our focus is on producing a high quality offering for the entire family, that is both functional and fashionable.
We source and design high quality garments for both ON & OFF the Tracks. Our unique designs and expanding Range allow us to position the Brand ahead of others.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a customer service & sales professional who understands the value of old school customer service and can help deliver that experience in a positive and genuine manner. If you are driven, hardworking and want to contribute to a Sales team that share in the businesses success, we're looking for you! A typical Day:
- Providing an in-store experience that inspires our customers to "get out there" and be true to the brand and to LIVE ONCE
- Square Eftpos Terminal operation & cash handling
- Engaging with customers to share your product knowledge and experience
- Keeping up to date with current and new products entering the Range
- Working in a team environment to achieve goals and objectives together
- Receipting, replenishing and merchandising as required
To be suitable for the role you must have:
- Proven customer service skills from a previous role
- An Interest in the Outdoor Lifestyle
- Experience in Retail Sales (preferably Fashion)
- A driven nature and be energetic and up for a challenge
- Can think on your feet with a positive attitude to sales
