Helicore Energy is a premium Australian energy solutions company transforming the way homeowners power their homes. We specialise in high-quality solar systems, battery storage, air conditioning, EV chargers, heat pumps, and smart energy technologies. This is a high-performance sales role designed for driven professionals who are motivated by results and rewarded accordingly.

You'll play a key role in expanding our customer base, developing strategic partnerships, generating new business opportunities, and helping establish Helicore Energy as a leading premium energy brand across Victoria. Salary: $150,000–$200,000 OTE

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new residential and commercial solar and battery sales opportunities.
- Manage qualified inbound leads while proactively sourcing new business.
- Build solid relationships with homeowners, builders, developers, electricians, and referral partners.
- Design tailored solar, battery storage, air conditioning, and home energy solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.




- Maintain an active sales pipeline using the company CRM.
- Follow up enquiries promptly and consistently.
- Stay up to date with industry developments, products, and government incentive programs.
- Work collaboratively with our marketing, operations, and installation teams.

What We're Looking For Essentially

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a proven ability to exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, organised, and highly professional.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Experience in the solar, battery storage, electrical, HVAC, construction, or renewable energy industry.
- Knowledge of Victorian Solar Homes rebates and residential energy systems.
- Existing industry network or referral channels.
