Floor Innovations is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our presence in the commercial construction sector.

The Role

You'll own the full sales cycle — building a healthy pipeline of commercial projects, nurturing relationships with builders, developers, architects and project managers, and converting opportunities into signed contracts. This is a genuinely remote role with no office attendance required. Performance is measured on results, not hours at a desk.

What We're Looking For

- Proven track record developing pipelines and converting them to sales
- Well versed and well connected in the commercial construction industry
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously to KPIs
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
