We are seeking a detail-oriented Accessibility Tester to ensure our digital products meet accessibility standards and provide an inclusive user experience. The role involves evaluating web and mobile applications against WCAG guidelines, identifying accessibility issues, and collaborating with developers and designers to implement improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct accessibility testing using manual and automated tools
- Validate compliance with WCAG 2.1/2.2 and other standards
- Document defects and provide clear remediation recommendations
- Perform usability testing with assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers)
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to embed accessibility best practices
Skills & Experience:
- Robust knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG, ADA)
- Hands-on experience with tools like Axe, JAWS, NVDA, or VoiceOver
