Job Details:

- Full-time, 38 hours/week

- 2-year fixed-term contract

- Located in Hurstville NSW

- Market-competitive salary: $79,500 + Super

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Preparing and cooking a variety of Chinese dishes

- Creating sauces, garnishes, and plating with precision

- Managing kitchen operations and supporting junior staff

- Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and quality standards

- Handling stock, supplies, and equipment efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

- AQF Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)





- 2+ years of experience in a busy kitchen

- Essential: Proven skills in Shanghainese and Northern Chinese cuisine

- Leadership ability and attention to detail

- Strong commitment to hygiene and food safety
