Join the team at Cibaria Manly, one of Sydney's premier Italian dining destinations, located within the Manly Pacific precinct. Created by renowned chef Alessandro Pavoni, Cibaria offers authentic Italian hospitality across multiple dining experiences, including our restaurant, caffetteria, bar and events spaces.

We are seeking energetic, reliable and hospitality-focused Food & Beverage Runners to support our front-of-house team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Essential Requirements

- Full Australian working rights
- NSW RSA
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Previous experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- Ability to confidently carry three plates during service
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent grooming and presentation
- Physically fit and capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently to guests




- Confidently carry and serve three plates while maintaining presentation standards
- Support section waiters and bartenders throughout service
- Clear and reset tables promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service stations and dining areas
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house team
- Assist with opening, closing and general venue duties as required
- Provide warm, qualified service and contribute to an exceptional guest experience
