Cleaning Supervisor | South Brisbane | $40.00/hr | Immediate Start

We're currently seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join a busy site in South Brisbane. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong cleaning experience who is ready to step into a leadership role, with an ASAP start and the potential for ongoing work.

What's on offer:

- $40.00 per hour (ordinary rate)
- Monday to Friday roster
- Approximately 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM shifts
- Immediate start
- Initial contract with a strong possibility of extension
- Supportive team setting

Your duties will include:

- Supervising and supporting daily cleaning operations
- Allocating daily tasks and ensuring high cleaning standards are maintained
- Maintaining safety, hygiene, and presentation standards
- Coordinating cleaning staff and subcontractors
- Training and mentoring team members




- Completing site inspections and reports
- Managing cleaning supplies and site documentation
- Assisting with hands-on cleaning duties when required

To be successful you will have:

- A current QLD Blue Card (Working with Children Check) – essential
- A recent National Police Check, or the ability to obtain one
- Previous commercial or industrial cleaning experience
- Experience leading or coordinating a team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to perform physical, hands-on work
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport
- The willingness and ability to travel between two South Brisbane sites as required
- Full working rights in Australia
