Client Experience Executive – Brisbane

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Experience Executive to manage a diverse property portfolio across East and North Brisbane. In this role, you’ll oversee the full property management lifecycle, delivering exceptional service to both tenants and property owners. You’ll build strong relationships, provide expert guidance, ensure compliance, and create outstanding client experiences at every touchpoint.

- Routine Inspections: Conduct timely property routine inspections.
- Entry & Exit Reports: Complete detailed entry and exit reports, and property condition assessments.
- Build strong relationships by liaising with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of issues that arise.
- Carry out other related ad-hoc duties, and further associated tasks as required.

ABOUT YOU

- Proven experience in property management operations, with a current Real Estate Certificate.
- A solutions-focused professional who cares for residents and is committed to delivering outstanding service.




- Drivers licence & own transport
- Strong in communication skills, including formal notices.
- Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail.
- A team playerwho works well with internal teams and external stakeholders while managing tasks independently.
