Our Chat2 Concierge team provide live chat customer service online, answering questions about products/services, sharing sales/booking links and generally assisting customers online to buy.
You should be professional, friendly, reliable, and have strong computer competency.
You must have access to a positive computer with the latest operating system (16gb minimum ram and
i5 minimum), reliable internet and backup power and internet systems in place.
We prefer operators who have live chat experience, high standard of competency in English and have a wide range of hours available (at least 15 + hours a week).
