We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable medical receptionist to join our existing team of professionals.
Flexibility to work any day, Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:45am - 10:15pm is a must for this role as shift times will vary, applicants must also be available to work on Saturday’s, Sunday's and Public Holidays as required. (Please DO NOT apply if you are unable to work between the required days/hours)
The successful applicant will be responsible for reception duties including but not limited to:
- Answer/respond to incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
- Make and confirm appointments
- Handle/process accounts for current and existing patients
Successful applicants must have:
- Outstanding organisational skills with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Possess excellent written, verbal and telephone communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, stay calm and prioritise in high pressure situations
- Protect strict patient privacy and confidentiality procedures/policies
On the the job training is provided so although experience is highly regarded it is not essential.
Successful applicants will be required to supply a current police check before commencement of the position.
