My Dental Lab is expanding, and we’re searching for an exceptional Senior Digital Dental Technician / Digital Designer to join our high-performance team in South Perth.

This is not a standard technician role.

We are looking for a highly skilled digital technician who is passionate about advanced smile design, full-arch implant workflows, aesthetics, innovation, and mentoring others within a modern digital laboratory environment.

You’ll work alongside a progressive clinical team using cutting-edge technology to deliver life-changing restorative outcomes.

About the Role

As a Senior Digital Designer, you will play a key leadership role within the lab, combining advanced technical expertise with quality control and team development responsibilities.

You will be responsible for:

- Producing high-end digital designs across cosmetic and implant cases
- Delivering facially driven smile designs and full DSD workflows
- Designing full-arch implant restorations
- Meeting production timelines and quality benchmarks
- Supervising and mentoring junior designers and technicians
- Performing quality control checks across digital workflows
- Collaborating closely with clinicians to achieve exceptional patient outcomes

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a technician with strong experience in advanced digital dental workflows and a genuine passion for excellence.

Essential Skills & Experience:

- Advanced experience with Exocad
- Solid understanding of facially driven design principles




- Experience with Digital Smile Design (DSD) workflows
- High attention to detail and aesthetic excellence
- Strong communication and leadership capability
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced digital workplace

Highly Regarded:

- Full-arch implant design experience
- iMetric scanning experience
- All-on-X workflow experience
- 3D printing workflow knowledge

Technology & Equipment

You’ll have access to some of the industry’s best technology and equipment, including:

- 5 Exocad stations
- 4 Asiga 3D printers
- Multiple advanced milling machines
- In-house titanium bar milling
- Dekema sintering technology
- Modern digital workflows and premium materials
