About the role
We are currently seeking Food and Beverage champions to join our outlets including LaBoca, our In Room Dining Service and Banquets on a casual basis. All our Food & Beverage Attendants are responsible for providing 5 Star customer service to our guests. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Supervisors, you will be responsible for ensuring all guests receive an exceptional restaurant experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain high levels of customer service.
Attend to all guest needs in a polite and cheerful manner.
Experience is preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests would be beneficial.
Work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Deliver food and drinks in an efficient and confident manner.
What We need from you:
Previous experience in Food & Beverage/ Bar attending in a 5-star Hotel environment
Be organised and have an eye for detail
Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while constantly maintaining a calm demeanour
Strong time management skills
Ability to build robust customer relationships
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in bartending is desirable
Must have RSA Certificate
Must have Food Safety Handling Certificate (from either unit SITXFSA005 or SITXFSA006)
Must have legal rights to work in Australia
