We’re looking for reliable, hardworking Food Processing Labourers to join a well-established, family-owned business in Heathwood.

Our client has been operating since 1992 and is a trusted supplier of dry blended ingredients, rubs, sauces, herbs, and marinades and butcher supplies, for the food and butcher industry. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their production team.

- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:00pm
- Friday: 6:00am – 2:00pm

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Loading raw materials into mixers following recipe cards
- Weighing, preparing, mixing, blending, bagging, and labelling products
- Working with rubs, dry flavours, herbs, sauces, and meat mixes




- Stacking and palletising finished goods (up to 20kg lifting at times)
- Maintaining quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Keeping work areas clean and organised, including between batch cleans
- Following HACCP and food safety standards at all times

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 6 months’ experience in food production or processing
- Strong manual handling ability (lifting up to 20kg occasionally)
- Ability to accurately follow recipe cards
- Reliable and committed team players
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands‑on work
- Machine operating experience (advantage)
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices
- Comfortable working in a dusty environment (dust masks provided if required)
