Renew Exterior Cleaning is a fast-growing Sydney company doing professional gutter cleaning and window cleaning across the North Shore, Northern Beaches and Inner West. We use industrial gutter vacuums and modern safety gear for high-quality, mess-free work. We book the jobs and plan your daily run; you show up, do clean, careful work, and take a cut of every single job.

WHAT YOU EARN

- 20% of every completed job + 10% of extras you upsell, paid weekly

- A full day's run (4-7 residential jobs) typically pays $300-$500

- Paid per job, not per hour: quick, quality workers earn more

- Gutter cleaning with an industrial vacuum (no manual scooping) and window cleaning

- Ladder and roof-edge work up to two storeys, done safely

- Before/after photos and sign-off on every job: we care about quality

- Friendly with homeowners at the door

WHAT YOU NEED

- Your own reliable car and driver's licence (you get yourself between jobs)

- Comfortable working on ladders and at roof height

- Physically fit, reliable and punctual: you lock in your days each week

- Valid Australian work rights

- Pride in doing a job properly
